2007 happiest towns ranking

The RHI (Relative Happiness Index) is proud and pleased to present the first ranking of the happiest towns. Based on 9330 respondents, this list is statistically reliable, which means that the results are accurate and relevant.

To make sure, the RHI selected only the 25 towns with an adequate number of respondents with respect to their population, so as to yield reliable results. These 25 towns take in nearly 85% of Quebec's population and comprise the official list of this initial ranking.
